Weekly Roster Grid
The roster grid gives managers a full-week view of every team member's schedule on a single screen. Assign shifts by dragging and dropping. Publish to the team in one click. From the moment you publish, the grid shows who is confirmed, who has accepted, and once the day starts, who is in, who is late, and who is absent. Available on Professional and above.
Daily Risk Predictions
Before the day starts, POPProbe analyzes historical patterns and surfaces which staff members are at elevated risk for lateness or absence. Managers get the alert before the shift window opens, giving them time to arrange cover rather than scrambling after a no-show. Available on Loss Control.
AI Insights
AI Insights runs automatic analysis of attendance patterns across your team to surface trends, risks, and recommended actions. The system identifies high-risk individuals, coverage gaps, and trends in punctuality and absence. A full weekly AI report is generated per site and delivered to the manager on record. Available on Loss Control (3 credits per weekly report).
AtRisk Widget
The AtRisk widget sits on your manager dashboard and shows a live count of staff flagged as at-risk for today's shifts. It updates in real time as clock-ins arrive. No report to pull. No filter to set. It is there when you log in. Available on Loss Control.
Shift Swaps and Open Shifts
Team members request swaps directly in the app. Managers approve or reject with one tap. Open shifts post to eligible staff automatically based on role and location. All swap history is logged for audit. Available on Professional and above.
WhatsApp and Telegram Clock-In
Staff clock in via WhatsApp or Telegram without opening the POPProbe app. Absence alerts fire to managers the moment a shift start time passes with no recorded clock-in. HRMS payroll exports trigger automatically at period end. Available on Enterprise and above.
Geofence Enforcement
Every clock-in is validated against the geofenced radius configured for that location. Staff outside the fence are blocked or flagged for manager review. No buddy-punching, no back-dating, no disputes. Available on Enterprise and above.
Leave Balances and Approvals
Staff request leave from the app with a date range and reason. Managers approve or reject with one tap. Leave balances update automatically and are visible to both the team member and their manager at all times. Available on Enterprise and above.
