Fluid Levels & Leaks
Check all fluid levels and inspect for leaks.

- No visible fluid leaks under tractor?
Safety Systems & Guards
Verify all safety features are functional.

- SMV sign and warning lights present?
- Horn functional?
- Backup alarm functional?
- Fire extinguisher present and charged?
Tires & Wheels
Inspect tire condition and pressure.

- Tire condition acceptable (no cuts/bulges)?
- Lug nuts tight?
- Wheel weights secure (if equipped)?
Controls & Operation
Test operational controls.
- Brakes functional (test at low speed)?

- Clutch operates smoothly?
- Throttle responds properly?
- Hydraulic controls function properly?
- All gauges/indicators working?
- Lights functional (headlights, work lights)?
Engine & Components
Inspect engine area and components.
- Air filter clean/not clogged?
- Belts in good condition (no cracks)?
- Battery terminals clean and tight?
- Radiator/screen clean of debris?
- Exhaust system intact?
Initial Safety Assessment
Preliminary safety and compliance verification
- Work area safe and hazard-free?
- Required PPE available and in good condition?
- Emergency exits clear and marked?
- First aid supplies accessible?
