  • Only qualified personnel work on energized equipment?
  • Voltage testing performed before work?

Lighting & Emergency Lighting

General and emergency lighting systems.

  • Adequate lighting in all work areas?
  • No burned-out bulbs or flickering fixtures?
  • Emergency lighting operational?
  • Exit signs illuminated and visible?
